Our Mission

To provide support and assistance to the Epsilon Phi Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in carrying out its community service initiatives to needy citizens in Memphis and Shelby County.

To promote and advance social action, community development, youth development, and cultural awareness.

To undertake and pursue other programs and activities necessary to accomplish or further the accomplishment of community enhancement programs in Memphis, TN.

Community Impact

Over 10,000 Memphians have been positively impacted by the community service programs of Uplift, Inc. Since it's inception in 2004, over $50,000 in scholarships have been awarded to deserving High School seniors.

THE HARD TRUTH

10,000 Christmas baskets packaged in cooperation with the Neighborhood Christian Centers. 200 Christmas baskets delivered.

30 youth on the Fast and Furious Track team were supported with equipment and uniforms. 15 youth on the Omega Giants baseball team supported with equipment and uniforms.

15 youth in the Omega Lamplighters Mentoring program have been supported as well as 30 youth supported in the Manhood Mentoring project at Riverview Middle School.
